1. Return periods⠀
- Voluntary return (90 days): In addition to your legal rights, TheraPalm offers a 90-day return period from the date of delivery.
- Legal right of withdrawal (14 days, EU): As an EU consumer, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
- The most favorable option always applies during the first 14 days.

2. Refund Processing⠀
- Email info@zensotouch.com with your order number.
- We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Condition of returned products⠀
- Items must be unused and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- If items are used or incomplete, a deduction for depreciation may be applied.

4. Exclusions (non-returnable items)We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, in-ear headphones)
- Perishable goods
- Digital content once download/activation has begun with your consent
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Final sale items clearly marked as such
5. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@zensotouch.com with photos or video.
- We will provide a replacement, repair, refund, or price adjustment as required by law, at no cost to you.
6. Refunds- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
- Fees for extra services already provided (e.g., gift wrap, express delivery) are non-refundable.
7. Legal warranty- This policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
- Second-hand products: at least 1 year warranty.
